Economics and management lectures delivered to the beginners are focused on fundamentals of operation of enterprise in market economy . Introduction to the lecture is related to legal aspects of foundation and functioning of enterprise. Then the range of discussed problems is targeting on selected problems, which include: functioning of financial system, assets man-agement (in respect to fixed and current assets), enterprise activity financing using internal and external capital resources, investment management, methods of assessment and evalua-tion of enterprise as well as its appraisal.
